Library Help Desk

The Customer Service Department is the first thing library users see as they enter the library.

Customer Service provides the following services:

  • Checking materials in and out
  • Renewing checkouts
  • Reserving and checking out public Internet and word processing computers
  • Reserving and checking out to the Typing Room and to the Quiet Study Room
  • Reserving books, CDs, and other materials
  • Issuing and renewing library cards
  • Collecting fines and fees
  • Helping clear up issues involving overdue or lost materials
  • Providing general and directional information about the library and its services
