Every April, on Poem in Your Pocket Day, people celebrate by selecting a poem, carrying it with them, and sharing it with others throughout the day a schools, bookstores, libraries, parks, workplaces, and on social media using the hashtag #PocketPoem.

Book recommendations from our Youth book collection on display every month. These books are ready to be checked out and are located on a table near the help desk with a sign. Take printouts and bookmarks with bookshelfies, book reviews and recommendations curated by our team of Youth Volunteers.
Track your reading with a reading log, pick up fun weekly reading challenges & activities, complete and return to Youth Services for a prize and raffle entry for a $25 dollar gift card.
