Take Our Survey!

We’ve made some positive updates to our services in the last year since gaining a new Executive Director. We want to make you aware of them, as well as get your feedback on our future direction. From September 5 – October 7, 2017, we are asking everyone to complete a 10-minute survey that will provide us with timely information to help shape our responsiveness to your desires. We seek feedback from those who have library cards and visit us often, and from those who don’t.  Surveys may be completed on paper, or via the web at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/BroadviewPLD.

Everyone is encouraged to submit a survey, however those who are 13 and older may be entered into a drawing to win one of 100 gift cards valued at $5 each. Participants may only win one gift card, and must provide complete name, address, phone number/email address, and birth date upon survey completion for verification purposes in order to win.  Winners will be notified by October 13, 2017.  Winners will forfeit prizes if we are unable to contact them due to incorrect or illegible contact information. A list of winners’ names (first name and last name initial) will be posted once all prizes have been awarded.  (Employees, trustees, and vendors of the Broadview Public Library District, their immediate families and household members are not eligible for prizes).
