The Broadview Public Library’s fax lines have been experiencing repeated disconnects. This means that the majority of faxes sent from our machines are not completed successfully. We are working with our telecommunications provider and our IT consultants to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, it appears that the problem will not be resolved in the immediate future.
In the meantime, short faxes of a page or two usually go through successfully. Also, scanning to email, a free service, still works well. Anyone with a longer fax may want to try a neighboring library until the line issues here are resolved.
